Good Morning, World! Grab Your Coffee.

So, here I am. Waking up early, launching my Slack, surrounded by brilliant minds talking in Python, Java, and terrifying looking spreadsheets. And me? I’m the 'non-tech' person. The imposter syndrome is real some mornings, let me tell you. Initially, I felt like a spy. Everyone’s debating API integrations, and I’m just trying to make sure the user interface actually, well, works for a normal human being. But that’s the realization that hit me recently: that is exactly why they need us.

You don’t need to know how to write code to contribute to a tech company. If you bring communication skills, strategic thinking, user empathy, or even just a dash of creativity, you are bridging the vital gap between the powerful, nerdy engines and actual people. I may not speak the language of algorithms, but I speak the language of humans. And frankly, without both, the tech doesn't go anywhere. So if you’re non-tech in a tech field, good morning. They need us. You belong.
