I started learning programming seriously, but sometimes motivation goes down after a few days. 😅
For experienced developers and students here:
How do you stay consistent every day? Do you follow a roadmap or build projects directly? How many hours should a beginner practice daily? Any tips to avoid burnout while learning coding?
Would love to hear your real experiences and advice from the community.

Here's what worked for me:
Practice every day, even if it's just 30–60 minutes.
Build small projects instead of only watching tutorials. Projects help you remember concepts much better.
Don't compare yourself with others. Everyone learns at a different pace.
Solve 1–2 coding problems daily and revise what you learned yesterday before starting something new.
To avoid burnout:
Take short breaks. Celebrate small progress. Don't aim for 10-hour study sessions. Consistency beats intensity.
Programming is more like going to the gym—you won't see results in a week, but if you keep showing up every day, you'll be surprised by how much you improve in a few months.
My advice: Focus on learning one skill at a time, build projects, and stay consistent. The motivation won't always be there, but discipline will keep you moving.
Good luck!
