The ones landing internships aren't always the toppers. They're the ones who shipped a project, wrote about how they built it, and could explain their thinking in an interview. What employers are actually screening for in 2026: → Problem-solving you can demonstrate, not just describe → A live project (even a small one) over a perfect transcript → Clear communication about your process and decisions → Teamwork — hackathons, open source, group builds If you're a student reading this, here's the shift to make: stop asking "how do I get a better CGPA" and start asking "what can I show a recruiter in 5 minutes that proves I can do the job."
